When do you ship out orders ?
We strive to process your order and get it ready for shipment as soon as possible. In general, we aim to ship out orders within 2-5 business days. However, between periods of high demand, such as new product releases, it may take a bit longer for us to process and ship your order. Rest assured, we will keep you updated on the status of your order via email. You will receive an email confirmation once your payment has been received and another email with your tracking number once your order has been fulfilled and ready to be shipped.

The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days worldwide. Once your tracking number is active, you will be able to track your order's progress and estimate delivery time.

ORDERS

Can I update my order after it’s been placed ?
We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes to your order after it has been placed. We would be happy to assist you with updating your order as long as it has not been fulfilled yet.

You can make changes such as updating your shipping address, receiver information, or adding or removing items from your order. However, please note that once an order has been fulfilled, changes cannot be made.

Please also note that Capeesh Supply International ApS reserves the right to charge any additional fees that may result from certain changes to your order.

To make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request and ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

I have ordered multiple orders, what happens now?
In effort to be more environmentally friendly, we consolidate multiple orders placed by the same customers as long as the orders concerned have not been fulfilled already. This means that instead of receiving multiple packages, you will receive one larger package with all of the items.

Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees for consolidated orders unless the total value of the products exceeds 200$. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, but we believe that this policy is necessary to minimise our environmental impact.

For future purchases, we encourage you to order all items at once instead of placing multiple orders. This will help us consolidate your orders and minimise the number of packages we send.

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy ?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items within 14 days of delivery to your pick-up point. To be eligible for a return, items must be in perfect condition and include all original packaging and tags. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified, or damaged.

We will gladly refund the full amount of the invoiced goods, minus the shipping cost. This also applies to orders with free shipping (orders over $200 USD). Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns, and any shipping fees associated with returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded. Capeesh Supply International ApS is not responsible for any return shipping fees or lost returns.

How do I return an item ?
Before returning any items, please contact us at noproblemo@capeesh.supply and include your order number, a description of the item, size and reason for return. Packages sent without prior contact will not be accepted. If your return request meets our policies, we will provide you with a link that will guide you through the next steps.

When returning an international package, please clearly mark the package as "returned goods" to avoid any customs charges. Capeesh Supply International ApS is not responsible for any return customs charges. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund.

After receiving your returned item, please allow 10-15 business days for your refund to be issued.

 

EXCHANGES

Can I exchange an item if the size doesn’t fit ?
We do not accept exchanges from one size to another. If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired size.
